The person leading this team is Edward D’Alessandro.


Edward D’Alessandro, Managing Director

Edward D’Alessandro is today a leading player in the catering industry with over two decades of top level experience in various related catering fields

His previous employment in the Industry includes the following:

  • 1992 – 2010 (from date of inception ) – Director of Sales and Operations Island Caterers Ltd.
  • 2010 – 2011 (from date of inception ) – Chief Executive Officer – Catergroup / Cateressence. Ltd.
  • 2011 – 2015 (from date of inception ) – Chief Executive Officer – Catermax Ltd.

His experience in the catering industry is vast and includes being responsible for the building and development of effective multi-disciplinary  teams. In this way he has lead numerous projects including the catering requirements of over 1,200 local and international conferences, around 5,000 weddings and over 10,000 private events. He has also overseen the catering for numerous state dinners and other functions in connection with the Office of the President and that of the Prime Minister.

The Delicia Catering team is also complemented by a very talented and dedicated team of bar staff, waiters and waitresses, all of whom have been fully trained to the highest level of service.
